Hurricane Helene affects NC Cardinal system

Numerous NC Cardinal library systems in western North Carolina are temporarily closed due to impacts of Hurricane Helene. This may cause delays in the fulfillment of hold requests. The list of closed library systems is shrinking, but road closures will slow book deliveries.
