Dive deep with the next Lewisville Branch Library Family-Friendly Film

July’s installment of the Lewisville Branch Library’s Family-Friendly Films series is Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. The film stars Jason Momoa, Patrick Wilson, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Ben Affleck. ©2023 Warner Bros. All rights reserved. This filmed was inspired by the DC Comics series Aquaman.

Having failed to defeat Aquaman the first time, Black Manta will stop at nothing to take Aquaman down once and for all and unleashes an ancient and malevolent force through the mythic Black Trident. Aquaman will turn to his imprisoned brother Orm, the former King of Atlantis, and forge an unlikely alliance to save their kingdom, Aquaman’s family, and the world from irreversible destruction.
