Learn Tips for Healthy Eating over lunch

Fruits and vegetables come in many different shapes, sizes, and colors. Come to the Lewisville Branch Library on Tuesday, June 11 at noon for Eat a Rainbow where you will learn about all of the wonderful health benefits from foods of different colors and how you can make each plate a rainbow.

This is a virtual workshop presented by the North Carolina Cooperative Extension that will be on view at the Lewisville Branch Library. It is part of the 2024 Extension at Home: Helping You Improve Your Life! series, which features a new topic each month related to family and consumer sciences. There is no advance registration to attend at the library, so bring your lunch to the Lewisville Branch Auditorium and learn along with others.

If you wish to participate from home, you may register directly through Eventbrite (scroll down the page to choose the Eat a Rainbow event.).
