Learn and have fun at "Holidays Around the World" on Saturday, Dec. 16

The Forsyth County Public Library is thrilled to host the Bright Star Touring Theatre's production of Holidays Around the World on Saturday, Dec. 16 at the Central Library's Auditorium.

When the tour guides for Worldwide Tours get separated at holiday time, a worldwide adventure awaits. As they travel around the world in search of each other, these guides share what they learn how places and cultures celebrate holidays from all over the globe – the Lohri Festival, St. Lucia Day, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Christmas and more!

Young audiences will take a trip on a magical map to several holiday destinations, and they'll even have a chance to celebrate and make friends with people from India, Sweden, the Bahamas, and more! And while they're having fun, they'll learn about the true spirit of the holidays: giving, sharing, kindness, and spending time with friends and loved ones. We hope you'll join us!
