Kids Event: Quilts and the Underground Railroad

Tuesday, Feb. 22 from 4:30-5:30 p.m.
Lewisville Branch
6490 Shallowford Rd., Lewisville, NC 27023
Recommended for ages 5-11 years old.

Children will learn how enslaved people sent and received underground railroad messages through quilts. Participants will make a replica quilt patch out of fabric and glue. Presented by the Delta Arts Center.

This program is in-person and indoors. Masks required for those ages five years and up. Email Raegen Luntz (luntzra@forsyth.cc) or call 336-703-2940 to register.
