Forsyth Public Health to give $25 cash card with COVID vaccinations starting July 20

The Forsyth County Department of Public Health will begin offering $25 Summer Cards on July 20 to anyone 18 and older who receives their first dose of COVID-19 vaccine or who drives someone to receive their first dose. This will include vaccinations at the Public Health Department and at North Star LGBTQ Community Center and Rupert Bell Park next Saturday, July 24.

The Summer Card is a program of the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services designed to offset the time and transportation costs of getting vaccinated. • Transporters may receive no more than one gift card per trip even if multiple individuals are transported during one trip.
