Crystal Smoot to Speak On Depression, Carver Library, Thursday, Nov. 7, 11 a.m.

Crystal Smoot from the Triad Cardinal GAST Program, will speak to the group on the subject of depression at the monthly First Thursday Friends seniors meeting. With winter and the holidays approaching, this will be of interest and help to all ages. Free and open to the public.
