Detention Officer Linda Cowan Wilson Retires

Detention Officer Linda Wilson began her Law Enforcement career on February 23, 1998, with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office. During her career, Detention Officer Wilson received many commendations, including the 15-years of service Commendation Bar, Detention Staff Member of the Month, five (5) letters of commendation, four (4) letters of appreciation from various civilians, and the Detention Insignia “Private First Class.”

Throughout the course of her career, Detention Officer Wilson was assigned to both the Security Services Division and the Operational Services Division. She was a member of the FCSO Honor Guard and served as a Detention Field Training Officer. At the time of her retirement, she was assigned to the Security Services Division.

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office wishes Detention Officer Wilson all the best in her future endeavors!
