Blind Date Winner @ Walkertown

Congratulations to Sharon Ladd, our Grand Prize winner of the Blind Date with a Book program. Sharon went on two blind dates in February. One was with the new release The Widow by Fiona Barton. The second, and the winning date, was with The Moon in the Palace by Weina Dai Randel. She gave it five stars. Sharon won two movie tickets and the thrilling novel Darkness by Karen Robards for participating.

Blind Date with a Book was a month-long program Walkertown Library held in February in honor of Valentine's Day. Customers checked out secretly wrapped books and rated the books after reading them. Over 50 books were wrapped and we had 25 surveys returned. Congratulations Sharon.
