Biographical information of facilitators:
Born in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina, Todd Thornburg has worked as a roofer, research biochemist and health research administrator. He has enjoyed many years of volunteering in several projects related to health and wellness. Sue Rose, MS practiced the discipline of psychology and human development in a variety of settings before retiring from full-time work several years ago. For 27 years, she has also served on the Adjunct Faculty for the Center for Creative Leadership. Sue has enjoyed volunteering throughout her life, finding a sense of purpose when serving her community. From childhood, music has always brought deep joy and now Sue is delighted to have the time to teach music to young children, adding yet another layer of meaning to her service work.
