Meditation for Stress Relief at Walkertown Wednesday, March 21, 5:30 pm

?Meditation is not what you think. Unlike contemplation, true meditation has nothing to do with ideas or the meaning of thoughts. Meditation is the opposite of contemplation. In contemplation, we’re trying to understand things. It’s all about ideas and sorting things out. In meditation, we only care about the frequency of thoughts, how many thoughts we have per minute. Meditation is the process of reducing the quantity of thoughts.

Come experience the stress reduction, relaxation, and wholeness that comes with the practice of meditation. No Postures, No Special Clothing. Sarvasri, your instructor from the Ananda Center for Life and Spirit, has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1971.
