Advance Care Planning Workshop at the Clemmons Branch

On Monday, April 11 at 10:30 a.m., a representative from Hospice and Paliative CareCenter will be at the Clemmons Branch Library to present a workshop on the Living Will and Health Care Power of Attorney. Each attendee will receive a copy of the documents explained in the workshop.
