Our main presenter is Akir Khan. Akir Khan is a Student Success Coach for High Point University’s School of Business. He has been a program facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership and a community liaison for the non-profit Out of the Garden. He earned a degree in Business Administration from UNC-Charlotte and a Masters in Public Affairs from UNC-Greensboro and is a doctoral candidate at High Point University. In 2014, Akir was selected for The Triad Business Journal’s ‘Forty Leaders Under 40’, was a community interfaith mission participant to Israel and the Palestinian territories, and is the 2015 chair of the Piedmont Interfaith Council.
