Yoga Basics: Wednesday, July 17 at 2pm @ the Rural Hall Library

Join us for a free one-hour Yoga class for Tweens, Teens, and Adults. Yoga promotes weight loss, strengthens muscles, helps you to relax, and helps manage stress.
