How Are We Doing?
Excellence is not just a word found in the dictionary. It's the level of customer service we strive to deliver every day to every one who walks through our doors, visits our website or calls us on the phone. However, achieving excellence requires a view from a different perspective, yours.
We invite you to take a minute and complete a short online survey, created by three graduate students from UNCG, that asks you to rate how well we are performing our job.
