Move to the Beat! Zumba for Teens and Tweens

What’s Zumba? It’s a Latin-inspired fitness program combining dance and aerobics. Dance steps can include salsa, meringue, hip-hop, mambo plus a few martial arts moves thrown in for good measure.

Zumba is a great way to shed the pounds while becoming fit. Here’s a short video on the Zumba craze and a class in action.
