Changes to the Book Sale

Starting Feb. 1, prices for the ongoing book sale at the Clemmons Branch will change, as we will no longer hold the biannual book sales. This is good news and bad news.

The bad news is that the price will double for hardbacks and regular paperbacks (not the pocket paperbacks). The hardbacks will be $2.00 and the regular paperbacks will be $1.00. Pocket paperbacks will remain at 50 cents.

The good news is that we will be selling newer material, many New York Times bestseller titles. We used to hold these back for our biannual book sales, but we will no longer hold these larger sales. We will still try to have specials occasionally, as material is donated and space allows. Magazines will remain at 25 cents unless we have a sale.

New Prices Starting February 1, 2017:
  • Hardbacks..................$2.00
  • Paperbacks................$1.00
  • Pocket Paperbacks.....$0.50
  • Magazines..................$0.25
