Library to Offer Evening and Saturday Storytimes

Is your preschooler Reading Ready for kindergarten? Studies indicate that kids who are exposed to reading and storytimes on a regular basis before entering kindergarten are more likely to graduate from high school, hold better jobs, earn higher wages and not run afoul of the legal system. To help parents and caregivers get preschoolers Reading Ready for kindergarten we are offering evening and Saturday storytime sessions throughout the library system. Call your local library for a complete list of evening and Saturday storytimes.

Carver School Road Branch Library
Saturday Storytime November 21st at 11 am.
Evening Storytime/Preschool STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)Every third Tuesday night of each month at 6:30 pm.

Clemmons Branch Library
Saturday Storytime The third Saturday of each month at 11 am.
Evening StorytimeThe last Monday night of each month at 6:30 pm.
Saturday and evening storytimes for Clemmons will start in January, 2016.

Kernersville Branch Library
Saturday LEGO Storytime The first Saturday of most months at 10 am. This event is free but pre-registration is required. Call 703-2930

Lewisville Branch Library
Saturday Storytime November 21st at 11 am.
