Mandatory Training Seminars for NC Campaign Treasurers

The Forsyth County Board of Elections will host a Mandatory Training Seminar for NC Campaign Treasurers with the State Board of Elections on August 12, 2013. The seminar will be held from 10:30 am – 1:00 pm on the fourth floor of the Forsyth County Government Center. The seminar is open to all NC campaign treasurers and other interested members of the committees.

NCGS § 163-278.7 requires that every treasurer of a political committee shall participate in training as to the duties of the office within three months of appointment and at least once every four years thereafter.
