Most falls can be prevented—and you have the power to reduce their risk. MATTER OF BALANCE: EXERCISE TO IMPROVE BALANCE AND FLEXIBILITY is the Award winning program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase the activity levels of older adults who have concerns about falls. Fear of falling can be just as dangerous as falling itself.
Please tell about the program to people who have restricted their activities due to falling concerns. We'll do some mild exercise to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. A volunteer coach will teach eight two-hour sessions.

The first class is Monday, May 14th, 10am - 12 noon. Every Monday 10 am - 12 noon in Walkertown Library Auditorium. The session will end with the last class on Monday, July 9.
