January Reading Challenge: "What Do You Recommend?"

Happy New Year! It’s time to try something new, different, and exciting. Hopefully this month’s reading challenge will help you do just that. Your challenge this month is to read a book recommended by someone else. It can be a friend, a family member, or even a complete stranger (like someone you see reading at the library). Just try not to ask someone who reads the same things you usually read. You can also ask them to try the reading challenge and recommend a good book you read last year back to them. You can check out the Library’s online catalog or our available eBooks to find the book they recommended, or just ask one of our great librarians for help (or a recommendation).

I hope you accept the Forsyth County Public Library’s January (2020!) Reading Challenge and encourage your family and friends to try it too. Please let me know how it goes and if you get a chance, send me an email (fcpl.eg.requests@gmail.com) with the title of the book you read this month.

Happy Reading and have a great new year,
Lara Luck, Collection Development Supervisor
