Hours of Operation

The Clemmons Branch Library opens at 10 a.m. Monday through Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday, the library will close at 4 p.m. for cleaning. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday the library closes at 5 p.m. To-go pickup of reserved items is available at additional times. Only 10 people are allowed inside at a time.

So what is #ownvoices? Maybe you’ve seen the hashtag on Twitter, or heard other readers talking about it. Not a new concept, the hashtag was coined in 2015 by author Corinne Duyvis, who wanted a way to share books whose main characters represented varied groups of people, and were also penned by writers who shared the same diversity as their main characters.
