Free tax assistance will be available at many locations throughout Forsyth County. Starting in February, VITA and AARP volunteers will be available to assist senior citizens as well as individuals and families with low to moderate income (generally $51,000 and below) with their income tax returns. Since this service is on a first-come, first-serve basis, you should make plans to arrive early.
