Mushroom Lovers Learn How to Grow Their Own

Shiitake mushrooms make a delicious addition to your diet and can be easily cultivated. Hear about the valuable role that mushrooms can play in the environment, and then ‘learn by doing’ as you inoculate your own log with Shiitake mushroom spawn.

The cost of the workshop is $15.00 and you will bring home your own log for growing out mushrooms. Part of the workshop will take place out of doors, so please dress for the weather and wear work clothes.
