The North Carolina Bar Association is offering free access to legal advice and information about non-criminal matters such as divorce or child custody, housing, workers compensation, wills, Medicare or Medicaid, the Affordable Care Act, personal injury, immigration, and more. Your question will be answered by an attorney, and you will receive your answer by email usually within minutes. This service is free to low-income citizens. When you log in you can answer a few questions to see if you qualify.
