Detention Officer III C. Smith has been instrumental in the re-organization and increasing the efficiency of the warehouse operations. He took the initiative to develop and formulate a new laundry schedule for the entire facility to operate more efficiently and fluently. Detention Officer Smith is always developing innovative ways that are beneficial for the overall day-to-day operations of the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center (FCLEDC). Due to the security teams being short-staffed, Detention Officer Smith has volunteered to spend countless hours assisting the teams with a myriad of additional assignments including, but not limited to, routine escorts, trash runs, laundry carts, meals, and juices throughout the entire facility. During the month of July, Detention Officer Smith's work performance and total dedication to his job duties have been noteworthy and an inspiration for all to elevate the bar of excellence within the FCLEDC. Detention Officer Smith’s decisiveness, hard work ethic, and devotion have been kept with the highest standards of the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center.
