Most Forsyth County Government offices will open at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29, due to inclement weather, but all county parks remain closed and all county library branches will remain closed, except for the Central and Rural Hall/Stanleyville branch libraries, which will operate from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
