Tanglewood Park Opens New Playground Near Shelter 4
Families visiting Tanglewood Park now have a brand-new space to enjoy. Forsyth County Parks and Recreation has officially opened a new playground located near Shelter 4 in the back half of the park, renovating another family-friendly amenity to one of the county’s most popular outdoor parks.
The new playground features a variety of modern play structures designed for children of multiple age groups. The area is designed to complement the natural surroundings of Tanglewood Park, giving families a safe and inviting spot to enjoy the outdoors.
Shelter 4, located nearby, offers a rental site for picnics, reunions and community gatherings. With the renovation of the playground, families and groups now have even more options for recreation, making it easier to pair events with fun activities for kids.
Families are encouraged to visit soon, explore the new play space and take advantage of all the park has to offer.
