NC State to hold BBQ Camp

NCSU BBQ Camp will be held May 15-16, 2015 on the campus of NCSU at Schaub Hall, NCSU Meat Lab in Raleigh, NC. This event is open to the public and limited to the first 50 people to register. When you go to BBQ Camp, you will learn:

  • Barbecue Meat Science 101
  • New cooking methods and practices
  • Sauces, rub, marinade and more
