The cloudy conditions today are keeping ozone levels low and Code Green. Particle pollution is hovering near the Code Green/Yellow threshold. The main weather story of the next three days will be the increasing heat with high temperatures pushing to near 100 degrees by Wednesday. With plenty of sunshine expected, ozone concentrations will be on the increase but should be limited somewhat by dew points in the mid to upper 60s. Still ozone levels could reach the upper Code Yellow range by Tuesday and Wednesday. Particle pollution will hover between the upper Code Green and lower Code Yellow ranges through midweek.
