Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic

The Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic provides confidential examinations, diagnostic testing, and treatment of STDs (syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and others). HIV counseling and testing is also offered to clients who are seen in the STD Clinic.

Call back information for receiving HIV results only will be given at the time of the visit. For all other testing (including syphilis, Chlamydia and gonorrhea), clients will be contacted if a test result is positive for the infection.

Who is Eligible

Anyone with concerns suggestive of a sexually transmitted disease or contact with an STD. You do not have to be a resident of Forsyth County or North Carolina to visit this clinic. A photo ID is required.

Cost

There is no charge for these services.

Appointments

Walk-in basis (first come, first served), but only a certain number of patients can be seen each day.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:30 am - 11:45 am & 12:45 pm - 3:45 pm
Thursday: 9:30 am - 11:45 am & 12:45 pm - 6:45 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 11:45 am
