Ms. M. Wright is the Quartermaster within the Fleet/Procurement Unit of the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office. Ms. Wright goes above and beyond to perform her daily duties to ensure each staff member has the resources needed to serve our community. Ms. Wright treats every staff member in a professional manner and drops what she is doing to assist others with their needs. Ms. Wright has extensive knowledge of all divisions within the agency and the needs of each one. Having no prior law enforcement experience, Ms. Wright has taken the time to educate herself about the various equipment used by staff members at the detention center and deputies in the enforcement section. Ms. Wright not only educates herself but also uses her knowledge to research and invest in other types of equipment that may better suit the members of our agency. Ms. Wright’s exceptional performance is demonstrated through her recent ability to obtain specific uniform items for command staff within a limited timeframe. Furthermore, several additional projects were given to Ms. Wright and she was able to complete the projects ahead of schedule and exceeded supervisory expectations. Ms. Wright’s exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, and dedicated service to the members of this agency are why Ms. Wright was selected as Civilian Staff Member of the Month for February.
