During the month of September, the Process Intake Unit attended Civil Training which required all three personnel to be away from their duties for two days. Corporal Lunsford went above and beyond her duties by carrying the work load of all three of her employees in their absence. She received minimal assistance from the Civil Division’s administrative assistant in keeping up with the entering of civil processes. Corporal Lunsford entered over 350 processes in addition to assisting and supervising pistol permits with their duties.

Corporal Lunsford has worked very hard to forward, accept and assign several thousand OFA’s since going live with NCAWARE. She has also worked hard with Elaine to take warrants entered NCIC to the Clerk’s Office and have them converted to electronic format which is a huge help to anyone trying to make service. Corporal Lunsford has also been instrumental in helping Records on several occasions with subpoenas or anything else she can do to help. The additional work load was accepted by Corporal by her own initiative to help many areas in her division. She is commended for her hard work and dedication to her staff.
