Indulge in Something Sweet at the Lewisville Branch’s April Family-Friendly Film

April’s installment of the Lewisville Branch Library’s Family-Friendly Films series is Wonka. This fantasy musical film follows the story of Willy Wonka, the famous but eccentric chocolatier based on the character from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Roald Dahl's 1964 novel.

The film traces Willy Wonka’s beginnings as a young adult who started as an employee selling chocolate in a store until he became driven to enter the chocolate industry. The film stars Timothée Chalamet, Olivia Colman, Hugh Grant, and Sally Hawkins. ©2023 Warner Bros. All rights reserved.
