Children share a favorite book that they have read and then build LEGO creations based off of their books. Lego Book Club meets on the third Saturday of the month (except for August, December, and May) from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the Lewisville Branch Library.
Happy New Year! It’s time to try something new, different, and exciting. Hopefully this month’s reading challenge will help you do just that. Your challenge this month is to read a book recommended by someone else. It can be a friend, a family member, or even a complete stranger (like someone you see reading at the library). Just try not to ask someone who reads the same things you usually read. You can also ask them to try the reading challenge and recommend your own book.

The current Lewisville Branch Library opened in 2007 thanks to a very supportive community. The new library building of 15,000 square feet acts as a focal point and continues to draw the community together to meet the needs of Lewisville citizens, all 17,000 of them. In fact, the annual door count is more than 60,000 visits.
