C.G. Hill Memorial Park
This 73-acre park is an excellent location for small group gatherings. The gazebo/courtyard
is nestled in the woods and landscaped with shrubs and flowering plants overlooking
the lake with its water spray in the center. At the other end of the lake is the
500+ year old yellow poplar tree, a focal point of the park. The paved walking trails
extend throughout the park and are a wonderful place to exercise or just stroll
around to enjoy the nature of the park.
