County Manager
The County Manager is the chief administrator of county government. He is appointed
by the Board of Commissioners and is responsible for supervision of county operations
in accordance with whatever laws, regulations, policies, direction and guidance
the Board of Commissioners authorize. The Manager is responsible for preparing and
submitting an annual budget and capital program to the Board as well as advising
the Board on financial matters, services and other issues.
