Library Card Sign Up Month at Walkertown

There’s no better time than September to get a library card. September is Library Card Sign-up Month!

Share your great library experience with someone and encourage them to sign up for a library card, then you both can enter the drawing to win a gift certificate sponsored by the Friends of the Walkertown Library.

Walkertown Branch Library had 11,524 customers in 2018. In 2019 we had 11,759, and in 2020 up to date - - 12,140!

Walkertown Branch Library is joining the American Library Association (ALA) and libraries nationwide for Library Card Sign-up Month. Since 1987, Library Card Sign-up Month has been held each September.
