Forsyth County Environmental Affairs Department Public Notices Regarding the Issuance of Air Quality Permits

The Forsyth County Environmental Department provides public notice before issuing certain air quality permits such as Significant Title V Modifications. These notices are also mailed to persons on the Department’s mailing list. The public notices allow at least 30 days for public comment on the draft permits. If significant comments are received or the Director determines that the public interest will be served, a public hearing will be held on the draft permit.
