Pfc. Stamper has been employed with the FCSO since May 2004. He is currently assigned to Intake, as a Male Intake Officer. Pfc. Stamper is also an active member of the Special Response Team (SRT) and often acts as Team Leader of SRT.

Pfc. Stamper is extremely thorough in regards to his duties as a Male Intake Officer. He always presents himself f in a professional manner and remains calm in stressful situations. Pfc. Stamper does an outstanding job conducting thorough and systematic searches of inmates and their personal property. Pfc. Stamper was conducting a search of an inmate in the intake sally port area and found illegal drugs on an arrestee entering the facility. He confiscated a green leafy substance which tested positive for marijuana. His thorough searching techniques prevented illegal drugs from being smuggled into the LEDC. Pfc. Stamper's diligence also prevented contraband from reaching other incarcerated inmates.

Pfc. Stamper also confiscated a cell phone from a disruptive inmate that was brought from the courthouse. The inmate had the cell phone clutched in his hand. This prevented a cell phone from being introduced to housing units. Possessing a cell phone in a detention facility or prison is a misdemeanor. Pfc. Stamper was observant, preventing a breakdown in the safety and security of the facility.
