Horizons Park Master Planning

The Forsyth County Parks and Recreation Department along with The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Planning Department are in the process of developing a Master Plan for Horizons Park with the help of the community.

For those interested in Horizons Park and those that live in the surrounding area, please assist in this development by completing and submitting the Horizons Park Master Plan Survey or attending one of the public input meetings.

The survey helps the planning team better understand the needs and desires of the community for Horizons Park. Please complete the survey in as much detail as possible no later than June 21, 2012.

Forsyth Parks and Recreation and The Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Planning Department are hosting the public meetings on Thursdays, June 14 and June 28, 2012. These meetings will be located at the Horizons Park Picnic Shelter from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. The meetings are open to all, so please bring your ideas and questions!
