Matter of Balance: No Cost Balance & Flexibility Program starts Friday, March 2 at Walkertown

Do you have concerns about falling? Are you interested in improving your balance and flexibility? Join us for the evidence-based workshop, A Matter of Balance. This 8 session workshop will be held once a week on Fridays, from March 2nd to April 27th (skipping March 30th for Good Friday) from 10 to noon at the Walkertown Branch Library. There is no cost to attend and spaces are limited. Please call 336-703-2990 to register.

"The End of Alzheimer's" Book Talk Saturday, March 17 at the Walkertown

Sri Ananda Sarvasri will lead a discussion on the book "The End of Alzheimer's" by Dale E. Bredesen, M.D. In his book, Dr. Bredesen talks about his neurological research and ways to prevent Alzheimer's disease and potentially reverse cognitive decline. Saturday, March 17 at 10:15 am at the Walkertown Branch library.

Who's Got Games for Adults at Walkertown Every Thursdays in February
