October Reading Challenge: Judge a Book by its Cover

Autumn is my favorite time of the year because of the beautiful fall colors. They say you can’t judge a book by its cover. Well, this month’s reading challenge is to do just that - pick a book to read solely based on its cover. You can choose something because it has your favorite color, a cool picture, or an intriguing design on the cover. Read something just because it catches your eye. It’s impulse reading at its finest. Normally, you can ask your librarian for suggestions, but not this time. However, you can check out the Library’s online catalog or our available eBooks to pick a book by its cover.

I hope you accept the FCPL October Reading Challenge and encourage your family and friends to try it too. Please let me know how it goes and if you get a chance, send me an email (fcpl.eg.requests@gmail.com) with the title of the book you read this month.

Happy Reading!
