Meditation Class at Walkertown Wednesday, June 21, 5:30 pm

Yoga is more than just postures. It’s a system to awaken your full potential. In these classes, we’ll introduce you to yoga-meditation. It can breathe new life into your mind and body.

Come experience the rejuvenation, relaxation, and wholeness that comes with the practice of meditation. No Postures, No Special Clothing. Sarvasri, your instructor from the Ananda Center for Life and Spirit, has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1971.
