Blind Date with a Book Contest Winner

Congratulations to Ms. Anita Whittington! Ms. Whittington is the lucky winner of our Blind Date with a Book contest at the Walkertown Branch library. The contest encouraged customers to checkout one or more of our hand picked and beautifully wrapped suggested library books that were placed on display between the dates of February 9th - 14th. Once home, customers unwrapped their "blind date", read the book, and then filled out the accompanying Rate Your Date slip. We asked all participants to returned their slips by February 28th. Walkertown Branch had 67 participants and the feedback was astounding.

Ms. Whittington won a real date for two with two tickets to The Grand Theater.
