Yoga consist of different exercises that bring about awareness and tranquility to the body mentally and physically. Yoga is a great way to begin to get into shape in a non-stressful way. Join us March 15th at 10 am for our Chair Yoga Class. Our very own Library Technical Services supervisor, Lisa Kushner, will be leading this class and how to do different yoga poses using a chair for assistance. Lisa has great experience with doing and teaching yoga. This course is sure to be relaxing and a great workout.
