History of Slavery in North Carolina

In celebration of Black History Month, the Malloy/Jordan East Winston Branch Library will host Mr. Earl Ijames for a sobering look into the history of slavery in North Carolina. Mr. Ijames is Curator of the North Carolina Museum of History in Raleigh and will share several photographs and relics from the era of slavery during his presentation.
