Launch Forsyth Sales

Attention:
This application includes qualified improved, residential home sales only. You will not find vacant land or commercial sales.
Qualified Sales Definition: Each real property transfer is monitored by Tax Administration staff to determine the trustworthiness of the transaction. Sale information is gathered through the examination of recorded documents (deeds) and through interviews with property owners, sellers or real estate professionals. The North Carolina Department of Revenue publishes standards for real estate transactions to be included as a qualified sale. A transaction is deemed “Qualified” and is considered to be an indicator of market value if it does not exhibit any of the items on the disqualification list as noted below. All other transactions are considered to be unreliable and are not considered in analyzing the real estate market. View disqualification reasons for explanations as to why a known sale is not included in this application.
