WomanWise/WISE Woman Clinic

The WomanWise Program provides screening (breast exams, mammograms and Pap smears) for early detection of cancer in women. The WISE Woman Clinic provides heart disease screening for women who are already enrolled in the WomanWise Program. The services include blood pressure screening, height and weight measurements, and cholesterol tests.

Who is Eligible
Any woman age 40-64 (with emphasis on those 50-64), who meets certain income guidelines (discussed when calling for an appointment), has no insurance (or insurance with high deductible), no Medicaid, and no Medicare Part B. A woman under age 40 must be symptomatic to be seen.

Cost
There is no charge for these services.

Appointments
Appointments are necessary and may be made by calling (336) 703-3196, Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Appointment Hours
Appointment times vary - 2 morning appointments and 2 afternoon appointments are scheduled each day Monday through Friday.
