Choose from many popular and informational titles — over 7,000 in all — to browse
and check out. Access is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week!

FCLP offers a well developed collection of movies and music tailored to meet our
customers’ needs. From educational series to new releases, classical to Pop, we
have something for everyone.

Sign up for informative NextReads newsletters on a variety of topics. They are edited
by our very own Librarians, and tell you about books and audiovisual materials you
can find at our Libraries. Library programs and events are also included. Invite

- On the Same Page
One of the best things about fall at the Library is our Community Read project.
Plan on participating in On the Same Page, sponsored by FCPL and partners.
- On the Same Poem
On the Same Poem is a shared community focus on a single poem, reading it and discussing
it. That’s just the beginning in the celebration of National Poetry Month in April.
Poetry is also a proud part of our Community Read project.
- Summer Reading
Summer Reading provides a special focus on reading for kids of all ages. Summer
Reading Clubs are open to children, teens, and adults each year from the first Saturday
in June through the end of July. Participants are encouraged to read and enjoy as
many age appropriate books as possible!
- Book Sales
FCPL has plenty of great books to check out, but we also have books for sale. Many
of our Friends of the Library groups have ongoing book sales for you, and several
times a year, they have major sales. Thanks to our patrons and their purchases and
donations, our Libraries can expand collections for everyone.
- Book Clubs
Book Clubs can put you in touch with other book lovers in your area. See what fun
it is to share your perspectives on a favorite title. Check out a book club at your
favorite Library location!
- Adult Outreach
FCPL’s Adult Outreach offers special services to patrons who are unable to visit
one of our Libraries due to a host of reasons. Thousands of Forsyth County citizens
who ordinarily would not be reached enjoy the Library this way.
